蜜桃社区 student recognized by Google, takes first place in competition
One 蜜桃社区 business instructor鈥檚 commitment to preparing students for a changing work environment led to 蜜桃社区 student participation in the international Virtual Business Professional Project鈥攁nd a first-place win for junior Craig Ferry who, along with his teammates from Ohio, Singapore, Germany and India, delivered recommendations to Google related to communication best practices. One Google corporate representative noted that the suggestions were "ready to share with senior stakeholders."
Exceptional finish for sales students in national sales competition
First-rate environment. Passionate professors. Enthusiastic students. All these make 蜜桃社区 Haworth special. For Madeline Kastel and Austin Miller that definitely was the case during a recent virtual sales competition. Competing remotely from the Robert S. Kaiser Sales, Negotiation and Leadership Lab in Schneider Hall against students from across the country, the duo was cheered on by coach and instructor Mary Nielsen. 鈥淚 was so proud of how supportive Maddie and Austin were of one another throughout the competition" Nielsen says. "Their positive attitudes, hard work and excellent sales skills added up to a second-place overall finish, continuing the run of exceptional performances by 蜜桃社区 Haworth students in sales competitions.鈥
