Joshua Gray knows what it takes to be the best in business. Dedicating the last 10 years of his life to investing in and working with entrepreneurs to create a blueprint to help companies thrive, he is building a legacy one business at a time.

As the co-founder and director of strategy at Room 35, a business consulting firm that takes entrepreneurship and social good seriously, Gray aims to create a more diverse, inclusive economy in the Kalamazoo area. The firm specializes in creating prosperity along all levels of the economic ecosystem and helping businesses flourish in complex environments. 

And the results speak for themselves. Gray and his team have raised millions of dollars for ventures across a variety of industries, and Room 35 has become a hub for the entrepreneurial community. 

Collaborating with hundreds of businesses—and starting several of his own—Gray sees his purpose as working alongside some of the world's leading visionaries, turning their dreams into realities for the betterment of humankind.

Since graduating from , Gray has been able to champion the growth of more than 40 minority-owned businesses. He also assisted with the push for Can-Do Kalamazoo to expand from a food business incubator to a resource for entrepreneurs of all types throughout the region.
