2021 Mary L. Dawson Teaching Excellence Award Recipient
Students often comment on Dr. Lewis鈥檚 enthusiasm towards the topic and engaging classroom activities and assignments. Dr. Lewis has a passion for co-teaching courses because of reflection and co-learning that happens with collaborators. Many of the nomination letters of support for this award came from graduate student and student affairs professionals who served as co-instructors with Dr. Lewis. She received her B.A. in English from Arizona State University, M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
