General summary
Serves as a liaison between technical developers and functional departments in order to analyze, design, develop, test and maintain enterprise applications. Collaborates with functional areas in order to define and implement new functionality service enhancements to business processes.
Major duties
- Serves as lead information technology resource on cross-functional teams in order to analyze, design, develop, test and support enterprise-wide financial and human resource management system applications.
- Provides continuous improvements by reviewing and analyzing business process, workflow procedures and job functions in order to provide insight with peers, subject matter experts and other functional managers.
- Writes, develops and executes queries, XML, SQR, and SQL statements within the enterprise-wide financial and human resource management system.
- Leads system development and implementation related to new and existing business processes, including upgrades and patches to systems.
- Chairs and participates in related committees in order to support division and department strategic goals.
Minimum qualifications

Required education
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years' relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience.

Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
