General summary
Directs the operations of the MBA program office and the global business center. Provides MBA and MSA student support and academic advising.
Major duties
- Directs and advises undergraduate and graduate business students on department academic curricular requirements, including admissions and requirements of programs. Assists students with registration and coordinates course scheduling.
- Develops, implements, evaluates, maintains and modifies policies, procedures and practices pertaining to student services and academic advising, including counseling, admissions and re-admission, orientation and registration.
- Manages operational aspects and staff of the MBA program office and global business center, including managing budgets, acquiring and allocating resources and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitors and evaluates enrollment trends in higher education and business programs to forecast growth.
- Supports and participates in University and college academic programs, including accelerated graduate degree programs and transnational programs.
- Serves as a member representative of the college on various committees that impact academic life at the University and abroad.

Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years' relevant experience.
- Supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
