All 蜜桃社区 Apartments are contracted per bed, rather than by unit.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 per resident is due upon lease signing for Arcadia Flats, 蜜桃社区 View and Stadium Drive apartments. The non-refundable cleaning fee is $90 for Spindler Hall.

PAYING YOUR RENT
Rent is billed by the semester to 蜜桃社区 student accounts. If applicable, financial aid may be applied to 蜜桃社区 student accounts toward housing charges. Consult with Financial Aid if you have questions. For payment plan information, please contact Accounts Receivable. Payments can be made with Bronco Express in the Financial Aid office in Faunce Student Services or online through your Go蜜桃社区 account. Checks should be made payable to 蜜桃社区 Michigan University.
