Second Tier
The second tier is designed to enhance academic preparedness, to increase opportunities for leadership and personal development and exposure to diversity, and to provide assistance with career paths and understanding study abroad options. The MLK Academy second tier provides program participants with individualized academic advising and a peer leader that guides them to progress successfully through program and university requirements.
