Child care funding assistance is available for eligible ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø students through the College Assistance for Parenting and Education program.
The federally funded College Assistance for Parenting and Education project (CAPE) allows ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø Michigan University to provide financial assistance to student parents to help them graduate from college. The CAPE grant offers Pell – eligible undergraduate and graduate student parents at ÃÛÌÒÉçÇø reduced child care tuition by paying 50% of the child care tuition at 3 partner child care centers in the community. Parents must be enrolled in classes each semester to receive the reduced child care rate. For more information please visit the CAPE website. Be sure to check out the deadline for applications.
